If this sounds like you, come join GreenDart's team to work on a top-priority space program., * 15+ years of experience leading or supporting system-level test programs for DoD space or ground software systems * Experience developing and executing integrated test strategies across developmental test (DT), integration test, system test, and operational test (OT) * Experience in ground systems engineer, RF/comms/network engineering * Mission area experience such as Missile Warning and/or relay ground stations * Experience writing/deriving requirements, authoring/editing ICDs,reviewing technical documentation and providing feedback * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and sustainment * Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and milestone reviews * Knowledge of systems engineering life-cycle processes, including requirements development, integration, verification, validation, and configuration management * Ability to communicate clearly and provide senior leadership with objective readiness assessments and risk insights * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree in a STEM field Nice If You Have: * Experience leading agile software programs or test campaigns for agile software programs * Experience with Cameo preferred * Experience with physical and virtual networking * Knowledge of ground systems equipment engineering processes * Knowledge of missile warning mission and SBIRS * Experience supporting ground segment integration tests * Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment * Experience with test automation, modeling and simulation, or digital engineering environments * TS/SCI clearance * Master's degree in a STEM-related field ## Description On our team, you will work will with GreenDart colleagues, support contractors, and U.S. Space Force personnel to develop and deploy the next generation of strategic military satellite communications capabilities. You will be an integral part of the engineering branch to assist the government on space, ground, and crypto segments are integrated successfully to meet user's needs.
