Computer Skills * MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) * Microsoft Windows Operating Systems * Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory * Basic network knowledge; LAN, WAN, Wireless & VPN ## Description The IT Systems Manager is responsible for direct management of the IT Systems Administrators and Engineers. Ensuring the necessary processes and procedures are used by team members to maintain compliance with federal and commercial requirements. The IT Systems Manager ensures tasks are completed timely, oversees the health and hygiene of the system, and ensures the team meets established service level agreements.
