This position requires servicing end users issues by troubleshooting over the phone, in person, as well as in a depot setting. Making repairs and changes to hardware and software to keep downtime to a minimum. Building desktop, laptop and tablet PC's with required programs, Wi-Fi access and VPN configuration. Updating internal ticketing software in real time and closing in a timely fashion. Troubleshooting smartphone connectivity problems and configuring MFP's , label printers and bar code scanners. Opportunities to work with engineers on project level work and work in a team environment with focus on getting the job done quickly, correctly and professionally. This position requires the individual to be part of a rotating on call schedule for any after hours customer support issues.
