## About the Role

* BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
 * 5+ years of embedded software/firmware testing experience
 * Strong C/C++ and Python programming skills
 * Experience with embedded firmware verification & validation (V&V) testing
 * Background in a regulated industry (medical device preferred; aerospace/automotive acceptable)
 * Strong communication and technical leadership skills

**Experience: BS: 5-13 years | MS: 7-11 years | PhD: 4-8 years**, * Medical device experience, especially Class III devices

 * Experience with firmware unit and integration testing
 * Familiarity with regulated development environments and quality standards

## Description

* Develop and execute firmware verification and validation tests for embedded medical device software
 * Design, debug, and test embedded software written in C/C++ and Python
 * Create and maintain test documentation, requirements, reports, and defect tracking records
 * Verify software and system requirements through structured testing and engineering best practices
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance
