What you will do * Information Controls Technology builds and executes complex surveillance models and scenarios focused on monitoring and enforcing the firms communications compliance. A Senior Business Analyst in this space partners with developers and drives the business agenda through strong requirements analysis and execution. * The eCommunications Surveillance program within Information Controls Technology is transitioning from a legacy platform to a modern technology stack. The individual in this role will collaborate with an external vendor to understand the new product and align existing workflows and surveillance scenarios with the updated framework. This includes knowledge of monitoring use cases across audio and electronic communications. * Experience working with unstructured data and large scale data analytics is highly beneficial including skills in regex NLP and AI based filtering. The role also requires experience extracting data from SaaS platforms transforming it for on premise reporting and working closely with Compliance to achieve targeted surveillance outcomes. * The ideal candidate is self driven adaptable and able to work effectively with both technical and non technical audiences. The candidate should respond well to change learn new concepts quickly and develop new approaches to solve complex challenges.
