The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation engineering, DeltaV configuration, commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting within regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Chemicals, or Oil & Gas.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior DeltaV Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support Emerson DeltaV Distributed Control System (DCS) solutions., * Design, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV DCS systems.

 * Develop control modules, equipment modules, phases, recipes, and batch strategies.
 * Configure HMI graphics, alarms, historian, reports, and system security.
 * Perform system integration with PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, OPC, and third-party systems.
 * Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Design Specifications (DS), FAT/SAT protocols, IQ/OQ documentation, and validation reports.
 * Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities.
 * Troubleshoot DeltaV hardware, software, networking, and process control issues.
 * Support DeltaV system upgrades, migrations, backups, and cybersecurity initiatives.
 * Collaborate with process, instrumentation, electrical, validation, and production teams.
 * Ensure compliance with cGMP, GAMP5, ISA-88, ISA-95, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements where applicable.
 * Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
 * Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and technical reviews.
