Administer firewall security policies, VPN connections, and network access control lists. Resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 network connectivity incidents using structured troubleshooting methods. Mount and install network switches, power supplies, and wireless access points inside server racks. Author and update network topology diagrams, configuration baselines, and technical operational standards.
