This is an entry-level role ideal for an organized, detail-oriented early career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale program environment; duties focus on monitoring program health, coordinating between program teams, assisting in risk management, and supporting program leadership presentations to key stakeholders. * Tracking progress against approved program milestones; assistance in execution of the risk management process. * Assist with the preparation of status updates and stakeholder-facing materials. * Assist in the maintenance of program scope documents, project timelines, meeting notes, action registers, and related program documentation for review by Program Management. * Monitor program scheduling, budget status, resource needs, and performance indicators to support informed decision-making and timely escalation. * Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, documentation updates, and cross-functional communications as provided by program leadership to support alignment across program teams. * Support data gathering, reporting, and process documentation activities to improve visibility into program execution and operational performance., Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
