 * Continuously looks for ways to improve software quality and automation processes, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 4+ years of professional experience in software testing or test automation
 * 4+ years of experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver
 * Strong experience with Java, C#, or Python
 * Experience using testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit
 * Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
 * Experience with Git or other source control systems
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
 * Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
 * Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience testing web-based enterprise applications
 * Experience with performance or load testing tools
 * Experience with SQL and database validation
 * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
 * Experience supporting Federal Government clients

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
 * Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scripts
 * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and testers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
 * Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and troubleshoot defects
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
 * Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
 * Document test cases, automation frameworks, and testing results
 * Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation and best practices
 * Support manual testing efforts when needed for new functionality or exploratory testing
