5-10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong preference for 10+ years.

Experience supporting Agile teams in large, complex enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles and practices.

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and program-level events.
*
Strong coaching, facilitation, conflict-resolution, servant-leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
*
Experience partnering with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
*
Experience identifying and removing impediments, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Scrum Master, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification.
*
Experience working in financial services or banking.
*
Experience supporting multiple teams or Agile Release Train activities.
*
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery platforms.

## Description

An enterprise financial services organization is seeking a Scrum Master in Vienna, VA. This role supports Agile delivery teams in a complex environment and focuses on facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement across Scrum and SAFe practices., *
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
*
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify priorities, manage backlogs, and support delivery goals.
*
Identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and escalate delivery risks when appropriate.
*
Coach teams on Scrum, Lean-Agile, and SAFe principles to strengthen accountability and self-organization.
*
Support team progress toward sprint goals, program increment objectives, and broader delivery milestones.
