Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on large-scale, distributed codebases. * Familiarity with AI or machine learning systems is a plus but not required. * Experience participating in rigorous code reviews and promoting software engineering best practices. ## Description In this role, you will create Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments that evaluate AI models on complex software engineering tasks such as debugging, implementing new features, refactoring code, and optimizing performance. You will also develop reproducible environments and high-quality reference ("golden") solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI training. Applicants must have an active open-source profile (such as GitHub or GitLab) demonstrating meaningful contributions. Experience with C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust is strongly preferred.
