The position involves light-to-moderate project management responsibilities along with targeted business analysis activities., * Three or more years of experience as a Business Relationship Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar professional. * At least five years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. * At least five years of experience supporting Agile teams and Software Development Life Cycle processes. * At least three years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or a similar work-management platform. * At least three years of experience coordinating testing activities and supporting User Acceptance Testing. * At least three years of experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. * At least three years of experience supporting backlog refinement, user-story development, sprint planning, and sprint coordination. * Strong experience facilitating communication and alignment between business and IT stakeholders. * Experience documenting high-level business processes and clarifying functional requirements. * Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. * Ability to manage several priorities and initiatives involving multiple business units. * Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager / Project Manager to coordinate business and IT initiatives across multiple departments.
