## About the Role

+ Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

 + 2+ years of experience in software integration, development, or testing, preferably in radar systems or embedded systems.

 + Experience with high-level programming languages such as C++ or Java.

 + Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or bash.

 + Experience with Linux and the command line interface.

 + Experience with software debugging and troubleshooting tools (e.g., GDB, Wireshark, etc.).

 + Experience with version control systems like Jira, Git or Rational Clearcase.

 + Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Education Level Required:

 + Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

## Description

+ Assist in software integration and testing under the guidance of senior engineers.

 + Conduct basic software integration, system testing, and debugging in shipyard environment

 + Execute test plans, procedures, and scripts to validate radar software functionality and performance.

 + Analyze and resolve software/hardware interface issues during software integration.

 + Document integration processes, test results, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge transfer and system traceability.

 + Support field installations and trials, as necessary, to ensure successful system deployment.
