## About the Role

* Must be detailed oriented and have sound engineering judgment.

 * Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.

 * Must be able to generate documents like plans, data sheets, and reports.

 * Must have design capabilities to aid test fixture design.

 * Must have the ability to create and analyze CAD drawings.

 * Must be willing to perform tests and some physical work at the test laboratory as needed., At Safran Seats, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.

 * Must have a B.S. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.

 * One year of related experience preferred.

 * Familiarity with FAA regulations and airframe manufacturer's specifications preferred.

 * Experience in stress analysis, finite element analysis methods or MSC NASTRAN is a plus.

 * Must have the ability to create and analyze CAD drawings (CADAM, Pro/E).

 * Must also have a complete knowledge of finite analysis methods, FAR's related to certification of aircraft interiors, and airframe manufacturers specifications.

 * Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.

 * Ability to read and review written communication.

 * Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English
