This leader will develop, plan, and implement a data/analytics strategy that delivers optimal returns on investment in coordination with the organization's goals and core values with a focus on a "customer service" orientation. Areas of responsibility include strategic leadership, team management, technical leadership around data management / ELT processes, end user reporting and analytics needs as well as project prioritization and management. This leader will bring a track record of success in setting the strategic data and analytics direction in a multi-unit, franchised enterprise by driving innovation and building a competitive advantage based on strategic information.
