## About the Role

Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Software Developer in a hybrid compacity located at Patuxent River, MD. Selected candidate must be willing to support 2 - 3 days onsite at the client location. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (0-3 years of experience).

 * Familiarity with the following core programming languages:
 + Python
 + SQL (MySQL, SQLite, or PostgreSQL experience preferred)
 * Basic understanding of containerization tools (e.g. Docker or Podman)
 * Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project for scheduling and data analysis
 * Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience:

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (0-3 years of experience).

Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a TS SCI clearance is required. Active TS SCI Clearance is preferred.

## Description

* Work with DoD clients to develop, manage, and support developed AI / ML Services and Applications to support Department of War (WOD) operational efforts
 * Collaborate on containerizing AI models using Docker and optimizing GPU usage across AI agents and streams
 * Collaborate on the development of AI agents and workflows
 * Collaborate on the creation of an AI Training and Testing harness to ensure AI determinism
 * Collaborate on the integration of AI workflows with existing Fleet Support Equipment systems
 * Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical performance requirements for developed AI systems
 * Collaborate on AI training and model refinement
 * Support the development and execution of program acquisition documentation and processes.
 * Develop and manage all Software Requirements.
 * Develop and monitor all required Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
