Experience (at a glance): * Significant experience within senior technology leadership roles. * Experience leading technology strategy and organisational change within multi-site environments. * Experience of digital transformation, infrastructure planning and cyber security governance. * Experience of leading teams, supplier relationships and enterprise-wide projects. * Experience operating within regulated or compliance-led environments would be advantageous. ## Description The proposed role would provide executive-level oversight of technology strategy, digital transformation, cyber security, infrastructure planning, business continuity, information governance and enterprise-wide systems development. The role is intended to support the continued development of a scalable, resilient and strategically aligned technology function suitable for a growing and geographically diverse organisation. This role focuses on leveraging emerging technologies to drive revenue, scale operations, and manage enterprise-wide risk, while delegating and holding to account day-to-day service delivery of the Head of IT. As the organisation continues to expand, the operational complexity, regulatory requirements, digital dependency and scale of the Group have increased significantly. Technology is now a critical enabler of operational resilience, regulatory compliance, service quality, communication, cyber security and organisational scalability.
