* Required Education:
 + Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
 * Required Certification(s):
 + Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification
 * Required Experience:
 + 5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments
 * Required Clearance:
 + Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible
 * Required Skills and Knowledge:
 + Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure
 + Proven ability to lead technical teams in environments similar in size and complexity
 + Strong written and verbal communication skills

## Description

AGE Solutions is looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Operations Manager (RCDD Required) to join our team in support of our DoD customer to lead the design, operation, and protection of mission-critical communications environments. We are seeking a highly experienced RCDD-certified professional to manage secure technology control facilities supporting high-visibility missions. This role is ideal for an infrastructure leader with deep experience in secure communications, regulated environments, and technical team leadership., * Maintain the operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities

 * Lead and supervise technical teams supporting mission-critical network and crypto transmission systems
 * Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, network operations consoles, and circuits
 * Direct Tier 2 Tech Control / Helpdesk operations, including incident response and service restoration
 * Coordinate troubleshooting, restoration, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations
 * Communicate clearly and effectively with senior and executive leadership
 * Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management
