## About the Role

* Have 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field or its equivalent
 * Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager in an IT organization
 * Have a sufficient level of technical background to provide credibility to technical teams and accurately and objectively evaluate risks and issues
 * Have experience working on projects/programs supporting infrastructure upgrades and installations
 * Have experience managing external implementation providers
 * Demonstrate solid leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills in addition to excellent presentation and communication abilities
 * Have a successful track record of stakeholder management and leading effective communication across senior leadership and technical teams

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the delivery of programs. You'll lead strategic programs from planning to sustainment while reporting the program benefits to the Executive Sponsors and Governance Boards .
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

 * Leading program definition, planning, scope, and execution of assigned programs, managing the health status of programs to anticipate risks and/or issues and implement mitigation plans
 * Defining integrated program plans (including detailed work breakdown structures) and the deliverables required for the program's success
 * Identifying dependencies and interdependencies between programs and successfully scope, size, and lead implementation of identified transformation/growth opportunities
 * Driving stakeholder alignment and communicating program status to executive sponsors and governance forums
 * Working independently and comfortably in ambiguous circumstances to create clear paths forward for teams
 * Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to PMO processes
