Work setting

 * Onsite role at our service center (not remote).
 * Regular shifts available within business hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
 * Office environment; operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
 * Ability to walk short distances and sit for extended periods.
 * Moderate office noise level.
 * Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

## Description

* Start the morning reviewing overnight inquiries, confirming schedules, and preparing the service board.
 * Answer calls and emails with professionalism and care, clarifying needs and setting clear expectations.
 * Match the right technician to each job, factoring in location, urgency, and availability-then route teams to customer sites.
 * Capture every detail in our customer management system so the next handoff is seamless.
 * Collaborate with management when complex situations arise and ensure customers feel supported from first hello to final resolution., * Customer interaction: Provide courteous, informed support via phone and email; offer guidance and service options.
 * Problem solving & scheduling: Assess needs, schedule appropriate services, and escalate sophisticated issues to management when needed.
 * Documentation: Record inquiries, updates, and outcomes with accuracy in our CRM/customer management tools.
 * Dispatch & coordination: Efficiently dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel to meet customer requests by considering location, urgency, and availability, and by routing teams to customer sites.
 * Product knowledge: Build working knowledge of our commercial and industrial door products and services to give accurate information.
