Department 454, Tactical Software Engineering, is responsible for designing and delivering highly complex, mission-critical software for various classes of Navy submarines. We're looking for a Software Engineering Supervisor who is ready to lead a talented group of up to 15 engineers and help shape the next generation of naval technology, ensuring our ability to provide the strategic advantage that protects sailors, their families, and our freedom. What You'll Do You will guide your team through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that your team produces high-quality software that meets the rigorous requirements and schedules of internal and external customers.
