 - (Preferred) Support global organizations and manage multilingual content.

## Description

Optimize employee experience within Workday by managing digital HR content, knowledge resources, and self-service capabilities.

 - Serve as primary owner of Workday Help Knowledge Management to ensure accurate, user-friendly, and timely HR information.
 - Create, publish, maintain, and retire Workday Help knowledge articles.
 - Establish and enforce content governance, standards, and review processes for HR knowledge.
 - Collaborate with HR teams to document, update, and continuously improve HR knowledge content.
 - Manage content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and audience targeting for effective resource discovery.
 - Analyze user behavior, search trends, and content performance to increase self-service adoption and improve employee experience.
 - Identify and implement opportunities to simplify HR processes through knowledge management, automation, and digital guidance.
 - Work with HR, Communications, and Technology teams to promote self-service solutions and reduce HR support volume.
 - Coordinate translation and localization of global HR content as needed.
 - Configure and support Workday HCM and Workday Help applications.
 - Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
 - (Preferred) Support HR Shared Services or employee service delivery environments.
