This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Certification * ITIL v3 Foundation Certified Education * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. ## Description We are seeking Unified Communications Team Lead to join our team supporting the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Arlington, VA. Unified Communication services include online collaboration as well as voice communication and video systems. In general, these areas can be grouped into four main services: voice telephony, video conferencing, audio conferencing, and collaboration. You will oversee a team of agents and supervisors.
