As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will have multi-focused responsibilities such as implementing and supporting technology and users within our mission critical, media production and enterprise IT environment. In addition, it includes project management that will help ensure structure, implementation, and follow up on all project specific initiatives. If you have a passion for technology, leading projects, working with people, and want to make a positive impact while being a part of a high performing team working at the leading edge of media technology, you could be the perfect match for our team., * Work closely with the Manager of Technology to determine requirements gathering, planning, and implementation of technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, Creative Services and other station partners. * Administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations. * Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes. * Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication. * Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards. * Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex engineering projects, from requirements gathering and technical design through implementation, testing, and post-launch support, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and aligned with business objectives.
