## About the Role

* Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field

Preference will be given to candidates who possess

 * Experience with Workday or similar HCM system
 * Experience working in an HR team
 * Experience utilizing ServiceNow or other work management system

## Description

* Manage the Workday Center of Excellence ticket queue in accordance with the outlined procedure; this includes assisting customers with questions, troubleshooting issues, and assigning to appropriate parties.
 * Intake requests for Workday enhancements in alignment with the established governance process from HR staff across the state
 * Ask clarifying questions to understand the business need and desired outcome.
 * Investigate system capabilities using Workday Community and internal documentation to identify potential solutions.
 * Summarize findings clearly and present potential solutions to stakeholders
 * Support basic testing of updates once configuration is completed.
 * Assist with updates to guidance, job aids, and process documentation.
 * Help identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve user experience.

 * This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the work day.
