 * Experience with heavy equipment, construction, GPS, hydraulics, or machine control technology .
 * Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
 * Ability to read electrical schematics is a plus.
 * Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and diagnostic tools.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

 * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Trimble GPS and machine control systems on heavy equipment.
 * Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on construction technology equipment.
 * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and technology-related issues.
 * Train customers on how to operate and use technology systems.
 * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support at customer job sites.
 * Work independently while collaborating with sales and service teams.
 * Travel to customer job sites throughout the region.
