Experience10-12 years of experience implementing Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation Management solutions.

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Sales Performance Management.

Strong expertise in Territory & Quota Management, Incentive Management, sales compensation, commissions and quota planning. Experience designing complex sales incentive programs across multiple geographies and sales organizations.

Experience integrating SAP SPM with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, finance systems etc.

Strong understanding of sales operations, compensation governance, quota planning and performance management.

Experience leading business workshops, solution assessments, and advisory engagements
