* 5+ years of professional design experience with a focus on UX/UI and digital design.
 * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
 * Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
 * Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
 * Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
 * Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
 * Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
 * Able to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive design solutions.
 * Collaborative and confident in presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
 * Comfortable iterating based on feedback, user testing, and data insights.
 * Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and visual design skills.
 * Organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
 * Naturally curious and eager to stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
 * Must have agency experience.
 * An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing UX/UI design work and digital marketing materials is required.
