Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, or Azure at an operational or support level. * Familiarity with the Jira/Atlassian ecosystem, including basic administration. * Exposure to cybersecurity concepts such as endpoint protection, MFA enforcement, and phishing awareness programs. * Experience in a digital marketing, ad tech, or comparable technology-driven environment. * Familiarity with DNS management platforms such as Cloudflare is a plus. ## Description The IT Support Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Site Impact's internal IT environment, ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology. This role serves as a hands-on operational leader-managing helpdesk and endpoint support, maintaining office networks and hardware, administering core productivity platforms, cloud platforms, and coordinating with vendors on routine operational matters.
