## About the Role

Reputable Greensboro Firm seeks experienced IT Manager to oversee the day to day management of their IT needs. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have experience with Hardware and Software needs for approx 55 end users in one location as well as Server level knowledge and experience. Degree preferred along with certifications. Work closely with Firm Administrator and Partners to ensure all IT needs are being met at the highest level.

## Description

* Develop and execute IT strategies that support organizational objectives while ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.
 * Lead daily operations, including desktop support, server management, network engineering, and cybersecurity.
 * Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud platform
 * Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives to minimize operational disruptions.
 * Coordinate software implementation projects; provide technical support for end-users; facilitate cross-functional communication regarding IT initiatives.
 * Oversee project management activities related to technology upgrades or new deployments while managing budgets and timelines effectively.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
