## About the Role

* Experience: 2+ years of hands-on computer technical troubleshooting (Required).
 * Specialized Background: Prior experience with laptop repair or tech services (e.g., Geek Squad) is strongly preferred.
 * Work Ethic: Strong self-direction, time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 * Attention to Detail: Excellent critical thinking and precise note-taking skills.
 * Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

## Description

* Hardware Repair & Refurbishing: Perform basic hardware repairs and component replacements on laptops (and occasional desktop units).
 * Testing & Diagnostics: Run functional tests on laptops and mobile devices to verify hardware integrity; troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
 * Cleaning & Preparation: Thoroughly clean and prep tested equipment for inventory and resale.
 * Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately record technical details, testing results, and inventory notes into our Inventory Management System.
 * Technical Research: Consult manufacturer documentation (Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple, etc.) to identify specs and configuration details on unmarked or non-working hardware.
