This role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), Power Platform automation, and AI-enabled solutions using Azure AI (Microsoft Foundry). The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering mindset and experience building scalable, automated, and intelligent solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem., * Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment. * Strong expertise with Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, access, and licensing management. * Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Graph API integrations. * Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. * Experience working with Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry, including building or integrating AI-driven workflows. * Experience designing or supporting Copilot Studio solutions. * Strong problem-solving skills and an engineering-focused approach to system design and automation. Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Familiarity with Microsoft Intune / endpoint management. * Broader exposure to Power Platform components (e.g., Power Apps). * Relevant Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, or AI-related).
