This role plays a critical part in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets while leading the transformation and migration of data across core business systems. The Data Transformation Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and seamless data conversions while maintaining enterprise-wide data quality, hygiene, and coverage. In addition to hands-on data transformation and migration work, this role is accountable for designing, building, and maintaining automated tools that monitor data quality, identify gaps, and improve overall data integrity. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an analytical mindset and is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to scale data operations across the organization.
