## About the Role

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technologist.
 * Experience assisting with a broad range of electrophysiology procedures, including:
 * Diagnostic Electrophysiology Studies
 * Cardiac Ablations
 * Generator (Device) Implants
 * Left Bundle Branch Pacing
 * Watchman Procedures
 * Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA)
 * Leadless Pacemaker Implantation
 * Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology procedures, and sterile technique.
 * Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Required Certifications

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to join a high-performing Electrophysiology Lab in Lancaster, PA. This role is ideal for a skilled EP professional with experience assisting in a variety of diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

 * Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures.
 * Prepare the EP lab, equipment, and supplies prior to each procedure.
 * Operate and monitor specialized electrophysiology equipment throughout procedures.
 * Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
 * Support advanced cardiac rhythm management procedures, including device implantation and ablations.
 * Monitor patient status during procedures and communicate changes to the clinical team.
 * Document procedural information accurately in the electronic medical record.
 * Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EP equipment.
 * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care., * Core Mandatory Annual Training
