We run production workloads in Microsoft Azure Government Cloud, maintain VMware-based internal infrastructure, and operate in a CJIS-certified environment. We're hiring an Technical Support / IT Administrator to own our internal IT and cloud operations, support customer deployments, and help keep our public-facing websites running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and a direct impact on customers.
