 * Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in digital transformation or cloud migration initiatives.
 * Knowledge of multi-agent AI workflows.
 * Consulting or client delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native engineering projects.
 * Drive application modernization across .NET, Java, and Python platforms.
 * Design scalable cloud architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
 * Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and observability best practices.
 * Build and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
 * Drive AI-enabled engineering using LLMs, RAG, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
