## About the Role

Herohub is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Experience Designer to help build engaging products and experiences for Powersports dealerships. This hands-on role combines creativity, AI, and product development to bring ideas to life., * Creative problem solver with an eye for great customer experiences

 * Strong organizational, communication, and storytelling skills
 * Comfortable learning and using AI tools and emerging technology
 * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
 * Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative
 * Experience with product design, instructional design, multimedia, or content creation is a plus, but not required

## Description

* Design engaging experiences across Herohub products, programs, and events
 * Help develop new products, resources, and tools for dealership owners and teams
 * Transform ideas into polished presentations, videos, guides, templates, and interactive content
 * Use AI tools to create videos, visuals, scripts, and other digital assets
 * Design activities, workshops, and resources that create memorable customer experiences
 * Organize and maintain content within our Learning Management System and member portal
 * Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm, build, and continuously improve Herohub products and experiences
