Technical & Soft Skills * Financial Domain Fluency: A solid, foundational understanding of core accounting concepts (general ledgers, reconciliations, journal entries, and major accounting ERP architectures). A CPA or accounting degree is a massive plus, but not required if your technical implementation background is deep. * Startup Mindset: You thrive in high-intensity, execution-focused environments where you are expected to move fast, ship results, and build playbooks from scratch. Executive Presence: Exceptionally polished verbal and written communication skills. You are someone who easily builds trust standing in front of a CFO or a corporate partner. ## Description The Deployment Intelligence Strategist is a newly defined, critical category of work. This is not a standard Customer Success Manager (CSM) rebrand. Instead, this role defines what post-sale engineering and enablement look like in the age of autonomous AI agents. As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will own the full customer journey from the moment a contract is signed through pilot, deployment, and long-term user adoption. Because you are the primary interface with our enterprise clients, your direct feedback will immediately shape our product roadmap and go straight to our Engineering team. What You'll Do * End-to-End Enterprise Ownership: Act as the primary project manager and trusted advisor for massive platform implementations from contract signing through configuration, pilot, and full rollout. * Workflow Mapping & Transformation: Run technical workshops and training sessions with executive leaders, financial partners, and CFOs to translate their business goals into intelligent, automated AI workflows. * Troubleshoot & Deliver: Manage technical and operational deployment hurdles with deep process orientation, extreme customer empathy, and a strong analytical mindset. * Product Architecture Partnership: Closely collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams, translating real-world customer friction points into structural platform enhancements. ## Related Videos - [Edit Your Future: Queerverse Radical AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/909-edit-your-future-queerverse-radical-ai) - [Terraform for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/3-terraform-for-developers) - [Modern Web Development with Nuxt3](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/294-modern-web-development-with-nuxt3) - [The Intent Engineer: Closing the Gap Between Business & Engineering - Manuel Klein](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1855-the-intent-engineer-closing-the-gap-between-business-engineering-manuel-klein) - [Architecting the Future: Leveraging AI, Cloud, and Data for Business Success](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1096-architecting-the-future-leveraging-ai-cloud-and-data-for-business-success) - [AI is dead, long live AK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1093-ai-is-dead-long-live-ak) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [What Industries Outside of AI Are Hiring The Most AI Experts?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/98-what-industries-outside-of-ai-are-hiring-the-most-ai-experts) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [How to Answer the Interview Question: “Why Do You Want to Be a Software Engineer?”](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/392-how-to-answer-the-interview-question-why-do-you-want-to-be-a-software-engineer) - [Why Upskilling And Reskilling is Important For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/428-why-upskilling-and-reskilling-is-important-for-developers)
