 * Experience with IBM z/OS and batch processing
 * Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

 * Experience with Endevor or Changeman
 * Financial services or insurance industry experience
 * Agile development experience
