 * Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) would be a significant advantage.

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused IT Support professional to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the technological infrastructure that enables our staff to deliver an exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, ensuring our internal operations run efficiently., * Provide first and second-line technical support to all employees for hardware, software, and network issues.

 * Respond to, manage, and resolve IT support requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company security policies.
 * Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
 * Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
 * Assist with the onboarding of new staff, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and system access from day one.
 * Support the implementation of new technologies and IT projects as required.
