This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and business knowledge to ensure high-quality software delivery within Agile and SDLC environments. The ideal candidate will drive test planning, automation, defect management, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders., Quality Assurance Leadership * Manage multiple testing initiatives simultaneously across projects of moderate to high complexity. * Define, review, and approve test strategies, plans, and quality assurance deliverables. * Lead testing efforts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and training to QA team members. * Serve as a subject matter expert for applications, business processes, and testing methodologies. * Collaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, developers, and global technical teams. Test Planning & Execution * Lead all phases of testing, including planning, design, scripting, execution, defect management, debugging, and reporting. * Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts to validate business and technical requirements. * Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and test results. * Support functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities. * Analyze, prioritize, and communicate defects based on business impact and technical risk. * Provide regular testing status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to project stakeholders. Test Automation & Continuous Improvement * Design and automate test cases using existing automation frameworks. * Identify, evaluate, and implement new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, coverage, and quality metrics. * Monitor and report software quality metrics and testing effectiveness.
