This is a strategic architecture role focused on modernizing ING Belgium's Order Manager capabilities by migrating them from legacy platforms to the OMaaP (Order Manager as a Platform) global platform. The architect will drive solution design, define integration patterns, collaborate with multiple engineering teams, and ensure scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions aligned with ING's target architecture., Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for the Belgium migration towards the OMaaP platform. Design scalable, secure, and resilient Java-based enterprise solutions aligned with ING's architecture principles. Drive migration of legacy Order Manager capabilities to modern cloud-native architectures. Define solution blueprints, architecture decisions, API contracts, and integration patterns. Design and review event-driven architectures using Kafka and asynchronous messaging. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architecture standards and best practices are followed.
