Für unser Team suchen wir einen Specialist Data & Vendor Management, der mit Sorgfalt, Organisationstalent und Verhandlungsgeschick die zentralen Datenprozesse zwischen Sales, Produktmanagement und Marketing steuert., * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Einkauf, Supply Chain oder Datenmanagement

 * Erfahrung in der Stammdatenpflege, Artikelanlage oder Bestellabwicklung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
 * Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein sicheres Gespür für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge
 * Strukturierte, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
 * Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel
 * Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Lieferanten
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

In dieser Rolle bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, internen Fachbereichen und unseren Systemen. Du sorgst dafür, dass Stammdaten korrekt angelegt, Artikel sauber gepflegt und Bestellungen effizient sowie wirtschaftlich abgewickelt werden., * Anlage und Pflege von Lieferantenstammdaten inklusive Einholung aller notwendigen Informationen (z. B. Zolltarifnummern, Zertifikate, Compliance-Unterlagen)

 * Abschluss und Verwaltung von Lieferantenvereinbarungen sowie laufende Aktualisierung relevanter Vertragsdaten
 * Anlage und Pflege von Artikelstammdaten in enger Abstimmung mit Sales, Produktmanagement und Marketing
 * Abwicklung von Bestellungen inklusive Verhandlung von Konditionen, Preisen und Lieferzeiten
 * Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und -konsistenz über alle relevanten Systeme hinweg
 * Mitarbeit an Einkaufsprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Beschaffungs- und Datenprozessen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Lieferanten und Partnern
