* At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design of digital products.
 * Experience designing for SaaS solutions or manager tools is a plus
 * A strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, product thinking, and prototyping
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the problems they solve
 * Fluency in English, written and spoken; German skills are a plus
 * Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
 * Proficient with Figma
 * Excited about working with AI tools such as Claude or Figma Make
 * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders

## Description

* Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle complex challenges for sports providers and enthusiasts
 * Conduct user and competitor research to uncover insights for impactful design solutions
 * Bring designs to life with user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, and usability tests
 * Create user-centered solutions and services within our software products to keep the focus on people's needs
 * Elevate our Design Systems for consistency and excellence
 * Act autonomously within your area of expertise, fostering both professional and personal growth to gain ownership in future projects
 * Drive continuous improvement and team collaboration in weekly product development meetings and 1-on-1 session
