## About the Role

Closing bis zum Go-Live - und triffst dabei die Entscheidungen Du wendest unseren Integrations-Blueprint an und schärfst ihn mit jedem Standort weiter Du holst neue Gesellschaften in unser zentrales Microsoft-365-/Entra-Governance-Modell Du migrierst Identitäten, Postfächer, Daten und Endgeräte und schickst lokale Server in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand (Stichwort: Thin-Branch) Du koordinierst interne Teams und externe Dienstleister - und behältst dabei den Überblick, wenn andere längst den Faden verloren hätten Du baust Automatisierungen, die jede weitere Integration schneller machen als die letzte Du stehst im engen Austausch mit Geschäftsführung und Standortleitungen quer durch Europa Qualifikation Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, IT-Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Integrations- oder Migrationsprojekten, idealerweise im M&A- bzw. Multi-Standort-Umfeld Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Intune sowie in der Migration von Daten,
Postfächern und Endgeräten Verständnis für Netzwerk-, Backup- und Security-Grundlagen (Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust) von Vorteil Reisebereitschaft - denn deine Standorte liegen nicht alle um die Ecke Zertifizierungen (z. B.
