Workday ist unsere zentrale HR-Software, die wir Schritt für Schritt global in der gesamten Plansee-Gruppe ausrollen. Workday wird das Rückgrat und die Basis für eine professionelle und digitalisierte HR-Arbeit der Zukunft sein. Als Mitarbeiter:in im Team myHR Workday können Sie diese Landschaft mitgestalten und haben folgenden Fokus:

 * Unterstützung bei Einführung der HR Software "Workday" sowie Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung der digitalen Prozesse
 * Konfiguration der Software mit entsprechender Dokumentation
 * Überwachung und Optimierung des täglichen Betriebs, Fehlerbehebung und Erarbeitung von nachhaltigen Lösungen
 * Bearbeitung der Second-Level Support Tickets im Jira Ticketsystem
 * Durchführung von Trainings für unterschiedliche End User Gruppen
