Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Technologien und innovative Maschinenlösungen im Bereich Kreislaufwirtschaft, eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit zur technischen Betreuung internationaler Servicepartner.
Technical Support Engineer (w/m/d)
Standort: Frohnleiten | Vollzeit | Direktvermittlung
Tätigkeitsbereich:

 * Technische Betreuung und Unterstützung internationaler Servicepartner als zentrale Ansprechperson
 * Bearbeitung von Service- und Supportanfragen im Second-Level-Support sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Hotlinebetriebs
 * Analyse technischer Problemstellungen und Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktspezialisten und Lieferanten
 * Erstellung technischer Serviceinformationen, Anleitungen und Dokumentationen
 * Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem
