## Description

Mitwirkung an Konzeption, Architektur und Umsetzung der nächsten GMS-Generation - von der Architekturentscheidung bis zum deployten Feature * Weiterentwicklung des Backends bestehender GMS-Produkte

 * Übernahme der Rolle als Lead Developer für ein Team inklusive Mentoring von Junior-Entwickler:innen
 * Sicherstellung von Codequalität, Skalierbarkeit und Performance durch technische Konzeption, Architekturentscheidungen und Code Reviews
 * Erstellung von Unit- und Integrationstests für die entwickelten Features
 * Enge Abstimmung mit Teamlead, Product Owner und Redaktionsabteilung zur Feature-Dokumentation
