You are responsible for making the team shine. * Proactively identify team weak points and promote the change and continues improvements mindset. Think of solutions out of the box. * Define Team and individuals' objectives. * Supporting teams on dependencies and problem solving across organizations. * You will be accountable for overall domain(scope) responsibilities: solutions, delivery, service operations and budget, leveraging on your team's performance. * Stakeholders' management to create a good relationship with other IT teams.
