Technical Mindset: * You do not need to be a full-time software engineer, but you should be comfortable working technically and be willing to contribute directly to product implementation when appropriate. * Experience with scripting, programming, AI-assisted development, or technical product ownership is highly valued. ## Description * Own the end-to-end eProfit growth of one or more assigned mobile games. * Define quarterly growth objectives and continuously adjust priorities based on business performance. * Make informed decisions on scaling, pivoting, or sunsetting products when growth potential changes. * Lead successful product transitions when games are onboarded from partner studios or transferred internally. Product Strategy: * Own the product roadmap for each assigned game. * Prioritize features based on expected business impact rather than opinion or stakeholder preference. * Define success metrics including: * + Retention (D1 / D7 / D30) + ARPU + Session frequency + Engagement depth * Drive LiveOps planning where applicable. Cross-functional Product Leadership: Provide strategic direction across key growth functions while partnering with domain experts who execute operational work. Including: * Monetization strategy * User Acquisition direction * ASO priorities * Creative testing strategy * Competitive intelligence * Growth experimentation Product Development: This is a hands-on product role. You are expected to: * Build and ship product functionality yourself whenever it is the fastest path. * Contribute production code to the application. * Implement analytics events and experimentation infrastructure. * Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). * Design and document experiments. * Capture learnings that become reusable organizational knowledge. Experimentation: Continuously improve business performance through rapid experimentation. Expected weekly cadence includes: * shipping meaningful product experiments; * releasing product improvements; * documenting hypotheses, results, and next actions., Rather than relying on recurring meetings and manual reporting, you will: * use AI-powered intelligence to understand customer behavior; * analyze competitor movements; * identify growth opportunities; * automate repetitive workflows whenever possible; * make decisions based on evidence instead of assumptions. Cross-functional working groups are assembled around each game, bringing together specialists across Monetization, User Acquisition, Creative, ASO, Engineering, Design, QA, and Analytics. Functional managers continue to lead their disciplines while you lead product outcomes. What You Won't Own: This role focuses on product ownership-not functional execution. You will not be responsible for: * running individual monetization A/B tests; * configuring advertising waterfalls or SDK integrations; * executing media buying campaigns; * approving every creative asset; * managing engineers or specialists from other teams; * producing recurring reports or status updates; * manual competitive research that can be automated. Instead, you provide strategic direction while leveraging the expertise of functional specialists.
